Main Villa

House
The main villa is spaciously laid out over 4000 sq ft and consists of 2 double suites and another double room with its own unique and impressive outside bathroom.  We sleep a maximum of 6 adults in the main house and also have xtra space to house kids on the mezzanine of our twin room. Furthermore, the villa has a 130 ft 3 sided terracotta tiled veranda, a spacious living room, a good sized fully equipped kitchen, a utilities room
with washer, dryer and iron.

Suite One & Two
The four poster beds are the centre piece of these ample rooms, set on terrazzo polished floors with double mahogany shuttered doors leading to a terracotta and ceramic rustic style bathroom, with power shower and hot water.

Suite Three (Children’s Room)
This unusual room with its mahogany staircase and mezzanine was designed to be flexible for couples with children and babies. It can accommodate both sleeping for 2 adults or up to four kids. There are 2 junior four-poster beds and a cot. This room connects to the outside bathroom.There are 2 ceiling fans and air-conditioning in every bedroom and there is plenty of storage and hanging space.

Note: All beds have mosquito nets.

Living Room
This room boasts high ceilings, beams and huge comfortable sofas to relax and put your feet up. In the corner sits an impressive antique dresser packed full of the latest DVD’s and board games. A contemporary centrepiece picture of Lord Buddha adds a calm and relaxing vibe to the room. We also have an impressive library of inspirational books and information on Sri Lanka.

Style
All rooms are stylishly furnished with terrazzo floors, four poster beds, terracotta bathrooms, ethnic statues, antique furniture, traditional carvings, colorful large and small scatter cushions.
